Powering the 2021 Nissan Rogue is a 2.5-liter DOHC 16-valve Direct Injection Gasoline™ four-cylinder engine. This engine produces up to 181 horsepower and 181 lb-ft of torque. Paired with the engine is an Xtronic CVT® (Continuously Variable Transmission) with Manual Mode. The 2021 Rogue comes standard with front-wheel drive, but Intelligent All-Wheel Drive is available as an optional drivetrain. The 2021 Rogue has a fuel economy of 27 mpg in the city, 35 mpg on the highway, and 30 mpg combined on its front-wheel drivetrain. Further, it gives 26 mpg in the city, 33 mpg on the highway, and 29 mpg combined on its Intelligent all-wheel drivetrain.
This system will provide power to the front and rear wheels for better traction. There are also five drive modes available for the Rogue: Sport Mode, Off-Road Mode, Snow Mode, Auto Mode, and Eco Mode. Each system makes adjustments to the mechanical components to match the current conditions.
